Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our content, all sales are final once a video has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases except in the cases outlined below.

Eligible Exceptions

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experienced a technical issue that completely prevented access to the purchased content, and we were unable to resolve it.
  • You accidentally purchased the same content twice.
  • The content delivered was materially different from what was described at the point of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@robgrappler.io. Include your order confirmation or proof of payment and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 business hours.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to payment processors.
